1. Complete your application

Complete our online application to start the process. Once your application is received, we will need to verify information as part of the loan process. We will ask you to send us information pertinent to your income, asset, property and identity. We will then review your specific credit situation which will allow us to determine the best loan product for you.

2. Call us or we can call you!

Let us know the best way to communicate with you. To ensure we provide the best customer experience we must have an open line of communication. We strongly believe that to give excellent customer service, the customer must have constant communications.

3. You’re Pre-approved!

After receiving your application and supporting documents, reviewed your credit and discussed eligible loan programs with you, we will issue you a pre-approval letter. If you are buying, this pre-approval letter tells realtors and sellers that you are serious, fully qualified and ready to move forward with your home purchase. If you are refinancing, this pre-approval will outline options for you to meet your financial goal.

4. Let’s get your loan underwritten!

Once we have received all applicable items necessary to disclose on the loan, we will, within 3 days issue initial disclosures. Once signed disclosures and any additional supporting documents outstanding are received, the loan will be sent to an underwriter who will underwrite your loan. Underwriting is the process of verifying the information you provided prior. They will verify your income, assets and debt and request any additional supporting documents they may need in order to make a final decision. We submit our loans to underwriting immediately, so that we can address  and resolve any issue that may arise well before the closing date. 5. Time to close!

Once the underwriting process is complete, it’s time to close your loan. We will guide you through this process. We will communicate and coordinate with title closing agent to make sure your loan package and funds for closing are available in a timely manner. We will carefully execute a plan so closing is as smooth and hassle free as possible.
